The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking driven and creative individuals to join a dynamic team of a growing entertainment and toys company in Amersham, as a Licensing Marketing Executive. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility across retail channels.

**Licensing Marketing Executive (Salary: £25k - £27k)**

**Here's what you will be doing**:

- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote licensed properties across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
- Collaborating with trade marketing teams to develop tailored promotional strategies and assets for retail partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and retailer requirements.
- Managing relationships with licensees and retail partners to execute joint marketing initiatives and maximize brand exposure in-store and online.
- Collaborating with internal teams and toy licensors to develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies tailored to target retail partners and audiences.

**Here are the skills you need**:

- Proven experience in trade marketing with a focus on both licensing and trade marketing activities. Experience within the entertainment or toy industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to develop creative and effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, licensors, and retail partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
