**Commercial Construction - Roofing**
**Based In Tolworth / Surbiton KT6 - **with direct train links from Waterloo via Clapham Junction, Wimbledon & Raynes Park and from Kingston, Sutton, Chessington, Ewell & Epsom by local busses.
**Part Time - 30 Hours per week - Flexible Hours (ideally 4-5 days per week).**
**£28,000 - £35,000 DOE (Pro-rata) - Depending On Experience**
The Contract Administrator is a crucial and influential role within the project management team, in which you will take responsibility for supporting the team with a variety ofadministrative tasks.
This is a stimulating and challenging role, reporting directly to the head of the department. You will be involved with all our commercial roofing and refurbishment projects from the outset, working closely with team members, suppliers and clients to satisfy and exceed customer expectations and assist in delivering projects efficiently and to the highest standard.
Maguire Brothers is an extremely successful privately owned Main Contractor, specialising in commercial roofing and external refurbishment with over 40 years’ experience in the industry and a continuous record of growth and expansion. **The Contract Administrator’s / Contract Controller role**:
- Improving the efficiency of the whole team by providing administrative support and being a central point of communication.
- Creating and managing project folders, setting up and updating project documentation.
- Filing project reports and documentation.
- Helping the project managers to create project site files.
- Preparing Health & Safety and O&M Manuals
- Coordinating communications between internal teams and clients.
- Assisting in project planning, resourcing and forecasting.
- Placing supplier and sub-contractor orders and providing project updates to the team
- Build and maintain a sub-contractor portal, arranging training and keeping documentation updated.
- Have high energy.
- Proven experience in contract administration ideally within construction, working closely with operational teams.
- Possess a confident approach with the ability to negotiate and demonstrate commercial judgment, and experience in compiling H&S and project specific literature.
- You must have excellent IT skills and be numerate and be able to deal with people at all levels.
