This role will be part of the Accounts Payable Team responsible for the KCS Corporation (US) and MAM Software Accounts Payable Ledgers including the processing and payment of all supplier invoices and employee expenses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input of Supplier Invoices, ensuring cost is allocated correctly across depts and GL’s.
- Process Back-to-Back invoices, reconcile and deal with queries including matching and verifying to PO’s
- Reconciliation of supplier statements to the Purchase Ledger, requesting any missing invoices
- Maintain the Purchase Ledger inbox, responding to any supplier queries in a timely manner
- Run Aged Creditors prior to payment run to check for due and overdue payments
- Ensure all invoices are authorised according to delegated authorities prior to the payment run.
- Process payment runs including entering information into the bank ready for authorisation.
- Ensure allocation of payments against invoices in a timely manner to avoid duplicate payments
- Update the prepayments schedule with new invoices each month and review existing for release in the month-end prepayments journal
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Processing and payment of Employee Expenses ensuring compliance with policy
- Supporting the team to achieve deadlines
- Other ad hoc duties as requested

**Key Requirements**:
Essential
- At least 3 years’ experience within a fast-paced accounts payable team
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at varying levels
- Ability to work well within challenging environments

Desirable
- US accounts payable experience
