Junior Buyer

Bremont is looking for a talented Junior Buyer to join their team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting direct component-related purchasing activities across the business. Your responsibilities will include negotiating pricing, quantities, and lead times, as well as maintaining optimal stock levels and managing open order books for system accuracy.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for supporting direct component related purchasing across the business.
- Negotiate on pricing, quantities and lead times.
- Expediting and de-expediting orders to avoid stock out situations / overstocking.
- Maintaining the correct level of stock to fulfil production requirements and maintain an optimal level of stock holding.
- Open order book management to ensure system is accurate with the latest dates.
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all departments within the business on forecasted arrival dates for stock.
- Supplier relationship management and development.
- Monitoring and analysing current vs historic costs, purchase quantities, FOREX rates.
- Producing reports on purchasing related activities.
- Record and maintain accurate computerised records of all purchasing activities.
- Supporting with new supplier sourcing
- Supporting with implementation of new models from a Procurement standpoint.

**Requirements**:

- 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above including Maths.
- Further related qualifications** desirable** but not necessary.
- Ability to communicate in French or/and German in **desirable**:
