Role: Technical Producer - Sea of Thieves

Location: Liverpool or remote (UK)

Duration: Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the team to deliver regular engine level improvements to Sea of Thieves and supporting Rare with their work.
- Regularly review progress with the team, gathering feedback on our features, understand how all departments work combines toward the goals of the game.
- Communicate progress and gather feedback from the wider development team.
- Managing risks through development cycles and ensuring mitigation where possible.
- Working with Rare leads and Production to ensure all areas of development progress are communicated and delivered on time.
- Working with other disciplines to help support them and accelerate their development through tools and support provided by your team.
- Clear and regular communication of progress to all stakeholders including external partners

**Required Experience**:

- Passion for video games
- Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills
- Experience leading teams building AAA titles on current generation platforms.
- Experience of agile project management processes.
- Broad knowledge across diverse areas of game-making.
- A passion for solving problems and building motivated teams.

**Desired Experience**:

- One or more shipped AAA
- Experience with ADO and Microsoft tools.

**Important**

The interview process for the Technical Producer role is made up of 2 stages:

- First interview (30 - 45 minutes) - An informal chat to discuss your experience and working history relating to the position with our Senior Producer & Studio Production Director. In return, we will provide a full overview of the role, life at the studio as well as answer any questions you may have.
- Final interview (45 minutes) - A final Interview with our Studio Head and Studio Production Director. This will be a chance for you to get to know the Senior Management team and all the things that make Lucid, Lucid You will have a lot of opportunities to ask any questions about the studio and Culture.
