Here at **Williams**, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for an Trade Counter Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in **Winchester****

This is a varied and active role which includes**:serving customers** on the trade counter and over the phone, and occasionally **making deliveries** and **assisting with warehouse duties**

If you also have previous exposure of working within a** builders merchants** or **trade counter**, **customer service**, or the **plumbing** and **heating** trade, **we would LOVE to hear from you**

**As our Branch Assistant, you'll be**:

- Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.
- Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.
- Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
- Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.
- Carrying out deliveries in the local area.
- Processing quotes.

**Ideally, you are**:

- An enthusiastic team player wanting to make a positive contribution.
- Keen to support the team with a flexible approach to daily tasks.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ambitious to progress and keen to learn.
