**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT RECEPTIONIST AT AC BY MARRIOTT HOTEL GLASGOW**

Reporting to the Night Manager Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day/evenings to include the following.
- Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
- Logging issues or requests
- Answering the phones to prospective customers and guests
- Completing administration tasks
- Completing concierge services
- Preparing room bills and taking payment
- Answering guest queries, and questions about the hotel, and/or Glasgow
- Signposting guests to our Restaurant and Bar.
- Assist in the running of the night shift tasks.
- Breakfast set up to assist the breakfast team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all our guests.
- Dealing with the security of the hotel at nights.
