We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Receptionist to join our team at The Britannia Inn Glasgow. This modern hotel with 278 rooms offers easy access to Glasgow's vibrant city centre and international airport with excellent transport links such as Charing Cross train station which is situated opposite the hotel.

**As our Night Receptionist, you will**:

- Welcome any late arrivals and check guests in and out.
- Process? online bookings, takings and payments
- Run the Night Audit using Opera Cloud.
- Answer the telephone and address any enquiries.
- Look after any guest requests.
- Conduct regular security walks and floor checks
- Complete nights cleaning checklist
- Set and clear any event rooms as and when required for the next day.
