**What you'll be doing**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Business Partner to join our team based in Bath.
You’ll be joining one of the largest landlords in the South West with more than 13,000 homes, from starter homes to Grade I listed buildings, in locations from rural villages to City Centre’s.
You will be part of our newly created Property Services Hub and will be responsible for the management of Curo’s vehicle fleet currently circa 150 vehicles, rising to 200 in the next few months. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Managing the delivery of the Fleet strategy including the creation and delivery of Curo’s green strategy (CAZ, electric fleet etc)
- Planning and managing the requirements, maintenance and repairs for our fleet of vans.
- Leading on the procurement and management of new vehicles and disposal of old vehicles.
- Manage delivery of the Fleet budget and delivery of operational efficiencies.
- Key point of contact for the group for all vehicle lease & management matters.
You’ll be based in our office in Bath with the expectation of working in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. One of these days will include working from an Office in Keynsham. We know that work-life balance is important so you can work flexibly between 8am-5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, based on our fleet needs and organise your own workload.

You will ideally have:
- Demonstrable experience of working with vehicles and an understanding of the legal requirements of managing a commercial fleet.
- The aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service.
- excellent organisation skills,
- Resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same.
- Full driving License as you will be required to drive fleet vehicles as and when required.
