**HR Service Delivery Lead - Cheltenham (Hybrid) - Fixed Term Contract (14-16 Month) - £38,600 - £57,000 DOE** ARM are looking for a HR Service Delivery Lead to join their Defence client in Cheltenham on a fixed-term, hybrid basis. To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience within HRIS implementation across a large, matrix-style organisation, and have excellent stakeholder management skills. **Responsibilities** - Manage HRIS (Workday) on a day-to-day basis, as well as deploy new functionality alongside system owners and other stakeholders (including end-users) - Manage relationships with Benefits & Compensation provider to deliver high quality commensurate - Lead and manage HR Annual calendar, with particular emphasis on major projects - Work alongside HR Technology Lead (International) on all Workday system related queries, and act as the UK Lead on this. - Ensure workflows are accurate and amended as required, systems are operating efficiently and providing services to managers and employees, engage management and employees on relevant system processes, and carry out testing thoroughly and efficiently withintimescales. - Develop and implement core HR Service Level Objectives for all UK HR Workflows, as well as monitor and report these performances on a monthly basis to the Head of HR Ops and wider HR Team - Review and improve HR processes and procedures - Participate in (and sometimes lead) core HR projects **Requirements**: - Experience working within an international, matrix-style organisation - CIPD Level 7 is desirable - Demonstrable experience working within a HR Shared Services team - Strong track record of developing processes and workflows - Highly advanced numeracy skills, and a proficient Microsoft Excel user - Experienced user of Workday or other HRIS (Eg: SuccessFactors) - Be able to hold and maintain Government Security Clearance This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
