Senior Management Accountant |Manchester | £45k-£55k | Hybrid/ Flexible working
**Job Overview**:
Axon Moore are working on behalf of a growing, Private Equity backed hospitality firm who are looking for a Qualified Accountant to join in a pivot role within finance. Working alongside an outsourced transaction function, this role will work directly withthe Finance Director and provide essential input across management accounts, commercial finance, analytics, and business partnering.
This position is ideal for an individual looking for an opportunity to be highly visible in the business, get out and about across the organisation and work alongside colleagues to provide greater clarity over business performance.
The organisation is offering significant flexibility, with total autonomy over your own diary. With sites in both central, and south Manchester you can work from either area, but you are required to travel on an infrequent basis to the other site to attendmeetings.
**Salary**:£45,000-£55,000.
**Location**:Central Manchester with the infrequent requirement to travel to other sites.

**Main Duties**:

- Liaise directly with the outsourced accounts team.
- Accurate and timely production of management accounts.
- Production and review of balance sheet and other PnL reconciliations
- Weekly update of cashflow and rolling forecast.
- Lead contact for external relationships e.g. auditors and IT.
- Providing commercial insight and analysis of results.
- Analysis of company performance, looking at revenue, cost and gross profit margin.
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Reporting of KPIs.
- Support and partner with internal stakeholders i.e Marketing and Operations.
- Responsibility for ensuring the accurate and timely production of management reports, including an analysis of sales.
- Ensure integrity and timely production of management accounts using the outsourced accounting team

**Person Specification**:

- Proactively build relationships across senior management.
- Ambitious, proactive and a desire to continuously improve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong excel skills to manipulate and interpret financial information.
- Comfortable taking ownership over external relationships (IT).
- Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Experience in the Hospitality sector or a retail/multi-site business.
