**Train Presentation Coordinator**

**Contract**:Permanent working an average of 37 hours per week from 19:00 to 06:00, on a 4 on 4 off shift roster basis.

**What will this role of Train Presentation Coordinator entail?**

The role of the Train Presentation Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that trains delivered for service are clean, safe and meet the clients expectations. Leading a team of Train Presentation operatives ensuring all work is completed in an efficient manner. You will be responsible for:

- Ensure that the quality of trains leaving Crewe ATC meet the aspirations of the client.
- Training of new operatives & retraining of existing operatives in relation to new or best practice.
- Effective communications to staff, customers, and the wider management team when required
- Complete all paperwork daily relevant to presentation and company requirements.
- Robust management of stores requirements, stock control, machinery and equipment in relation to the Train Presentation function.
- Manage staff holiday and attendance management, Performance reviews and first line discipline procedures

**What will I need to be considered for this Train Presentation Coordinator role?**
- Previous cleaning experience is essential, the involvement and understanding of train presentation is desirable
- Previous experience of supervising/ leading a team
- Knowledge and understand of COSHH
- Strong IT skills in MS Office (Excel/ Word) and SAP is desirable
