Gloucester, United Kingdom EDF UK Full time

Are you energised by people, purpose, and the power of collaboration? Do you enjoy solving complex challenges and helping others thrive? If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, future-focused environment, this could be your next big move. Join us at EDF UK as an HR Partner and help shape the future of nuclear energy while growing your own career in a supportive, inclusive team.

**The Opportunity**

Nuclear Services is a specialist technical area, and we bring together technical capabilities to support the Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC) nuclear new build projects and the existing Nuclear Operations licensees.

As an HR Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering our people strategy across Nuclear Services. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to drive initiatives that support organisational capability, talent development, and cultural transformation. From coaching managers to leading on workforce planning and diversity, your work will help shape a high-performing, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

**Pay, Benefits & Culture**

The salary range associated with this role is around £35,000 per annum. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, and a wide range of flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle. We’re talking about everything from enhanced parental leave to electric vehicle leasing, health insurance to product discounts, critical illness insurance to technology vouchers, gym membership to season ticket loans.

At EDF UK, we embrace flexibility while recognising that everyone's working needs are different. Whether you're in our office spaces, on site, or working remotely, we promote an environment that supports collaboration, connection, and comfort. No matter where you are, our priority is to make sure you feel safe, valued, and celebrated.

Here, we do right by each other and everyone’s welcome. We’re on an action-oriented journey, championing equity, diversity, and inclusion. We’d like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility.

We take pride in fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment, where the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our employees drive fresh thinking and innovation. We understand that success means different things to different people. We believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed. That’s why we support you to pursue a career that’s unique to you. Because success is personal.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our people plan, working across Nuclear Services to ensure our teams are supported, empowered, and set up for success. You’ll lead on key HR deliverables, from organisational capability assessments to strategic workforce planning, helping us identify and manage risks while building resilience.

You’ll collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Employee Services to provide seamless, end-to-end HR support. Whether it’s driving initiatives in learning and development, wellbeing, or diversity, or coaching leaders through change, your work will have a lasting impact on our people and culture.

Using tools like PowerBI, Anaplan, and Tableau, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, helping shape decisions and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also create toolkits, deliver masterclasses, and guide managers through best practices to embed effective ways of working across the business.

**Who You Are**

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You bring structure and clarity to your work, staying organised and proactive even when juggling multiple priorities. You’re a natural relationship builder, able to connect with people at all levels and communicate with clarity and empathy.

You see challenges as opportunities and bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. You’re curious, always looking to learn and grow, and you inspire others to do the same. Most importantly, you’re values-led — you champion inclusion, celebrate diversity, and help embed these principles into the fabric of our organisation.

**Applications close for this role on (9th July), with interviews following shortly after.**

Additionally, you must meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which generally requires you to have been a UK resident for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
