We support and influence the AMZL organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective,we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders to have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure AMZL is making the best possible decisions. **Key job responsibilities**: - Leverage AMZL metrics to identify productivity and cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials. - Building and owning relationships with wider Amazon stakeholders, working effectively with EU and WW colleagues. - Be adaptable to changing request and priorities. Able to self-start and manage deliverables through ambiguity. Supporting internal customer groups in all finance matters including budgeting, forecasting, business cases and cost control. - Identifying business risks and opportunities; creating mechanisms and reporting to improve our performance - Owning projects and innovation. Developing business cases for new ideas, continuous improvement and standardization of processes. This includes Network Planning and Optimization, International Expansions, Speed and Peak Initiaties, Volume and Labor Planning, Central Operations and CX. We drive strategic initiatives, potimizing AMZL'soperations across short and long term time horizons. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** - Degree and relevant work experience - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Operations and/or logistics experience for FMCG / retail organization an advantage. - Prior knowledge of SQL and Power Pivot is beneficial. - Experience managing and prioritizing workload and competing deadlines for yourself and junior team members. - Willing to self-motivate and be curious / committed in achieving effective results within ambiguous environment. - Ownership of metrics and data to inform and influence short and long-term business change. Knowledge and experience of working with large and complex data sets. - Proven to develop cohesive and positive strategic relationships with business partners and peers across all levels of seniority including top management. - Experience in owning complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
