**Overview**

ideally we would like you to be proficient in a single trade for maintenance activities eg, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, with a knowledge and skill base of the other trades.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to the overall success of our trading operations.

this position requires a drivers license and comes with a company vehicle.

**Responsibilities**
- this role requires public interaction so must be smart and punctual.
- ensure that company vehicle is maintained in a clean and tidy state.
- good time keeping is essential.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically within a home environment.
- Strong work ethic, to achieve completion of jobs in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
