Senior Land Manager - Solar & BESS - up to £75,000 (can be flexible if you provide a higher level of experience) + £400 per MW bonus - Remote in England
An opportunity for someone to come in and negotiate new land opportunities for a renewable's developer looking to moving into an IPP model has come up.
Your job as a land manager would be made easier due to the fact that the design of the current grid tools they are using have been implemented to make your job easier. You would not need to map out any of the opportunities yourself to make the role more streamlined.They have a skilled data team which would make your role simpler.
What would your role look like?:

- Fully understands the clients, farmers, and landowners with a consultative sell.
- Negotiating exclusivity and LOAs.
- Negotiating Head of Terms.
- Advise and help street on the option and lease agreements.
- Advising the planning team on all land matters to be taken into consideration.
- GIS experience would be great but is not mandatory.
