Our Jaguar Land Rover boutique retail store is based in the centre of the modern and busy Canary Wharf - on the ground floor of Canary Wharf Tower, E14.

Rockar are a multi-award winning and ground-breaking digital retailer, changing the way that people buy Jaguar and Land Rover cars and are looking for a Brand Ambassador/Product Specialists to join the Rockar Jaguar Land Rover team at our Global Showcase Retail Store that has recently opened in Canary Wharf.

You do not require any automotive industry experience to join our team, however enthusiasm for the product is advantageous and professionalism to deliver a high-end customer journey, essential. As opposed to using sales tactics, we value great personalities and individuals looking to develop and succeed within one of the most desirable automotive brands in the UK. If you love the retail environment and enjoy helping customers this could be the ideal role for you.

- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a luxury / premium environment
- Confident in creating great conversations and relationships tailored to the customers' need
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team
- Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels
- Must have held a valid drivers license for a minimum of 1 year

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
This is a store based role where you will introduce the customer to both Rockar and Jaguar Land Rover. Core duties will include:

- Consistently meet or exceed all sales objectives and KPIs, including but not limited to:

- Creating and developing sales opportunities and new orders
- Scheduling test drives to help our customers experience the product, and promptly following up with them
- Maintaining a healthy/current pipeline with frequent customer follow ups
- Offering and excellent customer experience throughout the process
- Greet/receive customers at the store and deeply understand their needs in order to properly advise/guide them through the buying process
- Proactively address all customer queries
- Utilise existing customer relationship management tools to track and manage customers in the pipeline
- Follow customer facing Rockar Jaguar Land Rover standards (e.g. uniform/dress code, look presentable and maintain the showroom)
- Perform vehicle handovers as required.

**Working Hours**

In this role you will be expected to work a mixture of weekdays weekends. Work over holiday periods such as Easter, Christmas & other Bank Holidays would also be required.
