Customer Service Administrator - Part Time

We have an exciting job opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to receive and process customer elevator and escalator repairs and maintenance, enquiries, and orders.

As a key member of the team, you’ll provide first-class customer service, based at our Keighley KONE office and will be joining a growing and friendly team within a busy environment.

This is a part time position to work every Thursday and Friday either 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve any customer queries efficiently and effectively
- Update and ensure timely and professional responses to all incoming and outgoing correspondence via internal systems and the customers portals
- Communicate directly with Engineers and Area Service Managers to schedule customer site/repair/maintenance visits and keep customers informed
- Manage Customer Insurance Defects
- Respond to any ad-hoc queries received both internally and externally
- Produce and update daily reports

Key Skills
- Have strong administration skills, ideally from a construction or service industry environment
- To provide excellent customer service
- Experience in inter-office and customer communications
- Previous working experience in relevant field is beneficiary
- Good communication skills in both written & spoken English
- User knowledge of SAP, Konect, Salesforce is desirable
- Highly organized, detail-oriented & ability to multi-task at ease
- Enjoys working within a fast-paced environment
