You will co create the sales execution plans and provide cross functional support to deliver results withintheir customer bases as a **National Account Manager**. For Miele, meeting the expectations of its customers when it comes to products and services - and even exceeding them where possible - is of the utmost importance. **What will you do in your role?** **Working with our key SME partners, you will drive share, sales & margin in order to achieve commercial success, Drive financial planning of the customer through business scenario planning, annual terms changes, budget management to P&L guidelines, & governanceon key KPIs for the retailer. We want you to create compelling customer engagement with the Miele business, have a category mindset within which you can place Miele plans in the context of the customer total category. Through your previous experience you will have the gravitas, changeagility & people leadership skills to influence both the customer and Miele organisation to change, adapt or deliver required service levels for the customer. Using your creativity, you will support the online and in-store experiences that fulfil the Miele vision. Have a passion for consumer journey's (off / online), and able to track / breakdown performance into critical sales levers that can understand and createpowerful selling plans with customers. Understanding the importance of being market aware and be able to place account plans within wider business planning processes so that all other channel dynamics are properly considered. In addition to a strong commitment to your personal development and growth, we can offer you salary up to £60,000 plus bonus (up to £80,000 OTE) and a car allowance coupled with competitive benefits package. The role will be home based with a requirementto attend customer meetings nationally and business meetings at our Headquarters in Abingdon.
