CK Group is looking for an Account Manager to join our Biotechnology client who, provide device asset management services to healthcare and life science settings. This is an on-site permanent role based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, where you will be responsiblefor all aspects of on-site account management, database management including equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, service history, monthly invoicing and supervision of all service personnel assigned.
**The Role**:
You will be assigned full time on-site to a specific customer account facility. The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of our clients Life Science Asset Management program and communicate daily with the site customer representative(sponsor) to ensure quality and performance are met. The Account Manager may spend up to 100% of their time on administrative tasks. Travel will not be required for this position, unless otherwise specified.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Communications: to work with people at all levels of the organisation, supervise others in multi-personnel facilities, and coordinate work priorities and schedules
- Customer Skills: ensure the customer is achieving their goals and delighted with the asset management program
- Program Management: responsible for the overall accuracy of the equipment inventory
- Vendor Management: co-ordinates and monitors outside vendor services provided to account
- Finance / P&L: to review all customer invoices for detail and accuracy
- Parts Management: Orders and tracks all necessary parts and purchased services for repairs

**Your Background**:

- BSc Degree in Engineering, Biomed, Clinical Engineering, Life Science, Chemistry or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Life Science or Healthcare asset management experience required.
- Biomedical Service supervisory experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience (minimum 5 years).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with emphasis in Excel.
