**Support Worker**

£20,765.16 per annum based on a 39 hour working week

We are looking for support workers who are outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, creative, caring, and compassionate and have a great sense of humour. As a Support Worker you will promote positive health and well-being of the people that you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life and be involved in a range of activities which include:
Gardening & Horticulture, Woodwork, Arts & Crafts, Cooking and Baking, Walking, Rambling, Swimming, Days out and much more

**_ Drivers are preferable but not essential_**

At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.
