**Los’ Pharmacy are seeking an Operations Assistant to work in their wider administrative team to provide administrative support to their pharmacies, and assist to our Locum Coordinator with the ongoing planning and organisation of locum cover across our group of 25 pharmacies.**

**The role requires a limited amount of flexible working to accommodate out of hours availability to respond to urgent problems, with your working pattern established in a way that recognises this.**

**You will be**
- **Work with the Locum Coordinator to provide pharmacist and staff cover, working in a rota that accounts for reacting to urgent issues outside of office hours and providing cover to one another.**:

- **Organise, distribute and follow up communications between head office and branches, including memos.**:

- **Manage branch waste collection contracts.**:

- **Liaise with companies providing services to the business, such as intruder alarms, air conditioning etc.**:

- **Providing administrative support for the wider business.**:

- **Providing holiday cover for colleagues, including covering reception, routing calls and mail appropriately (additional hours to cover Locum Coordinator’s absences on an overtime basis).**:

- **Monitor cashing up compliance and support till operational queries.**

**You will be based at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.**

**You will need to have**
- **a track record with administrative functions**:

- **experience using MS Office software in your day-to-day work**:

- **experience of working as part of a wider administrative team**:

- **high levels of personal organisation**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
