Service Care Solutions are working with a Housing Association based in the London area who have a vacancy for a Caretaker to provide a customer focused tenancy & leasehold management service, including managing anti-social behaviour, estate services, resident engagement and asset management to residents across all tenure groups.

The Estate Services team provides cleaning, gardening and concierge services across all regions of London and a bespoke handyperson service in the Island Region. The core purpose of the team is to deliver a high quality, cost effective & responsive cleaning and grounds maintenance service, working closely with the regional housing teams, landlord services, residents, and external contractors.

You will be responsible for undertaking generic caretaking duties within a defined patch and you will take pride in the area you work and engage with residents so as to really understand the best way to maintain living spaces. You will be confident in undertaking caretaking, cleaning and gardening duties, usually as part of a team but often organising your own work and looking after a particular area

You will be able to work flexibly, undertaking 35 hours of work over 5 days, but this may include some weekend and evening working.

This is a 3 week role.
