As Homecare Administrator you will be efficiently manage the entire prescription process from receipt to NHS submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Address and resolve queries from GP surgeries promptly and professionally.

**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Efficiently process customer orders, queries, and patient prescriptions.
- Update and maintain patient records accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, including free post envelopes and Cobweb blue bags.
- Batch, process, and match prescriptions using KoFax and Script Easy.
- Dispense, reject, and manage prescriptions in EPS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with month-end submissions and maintain departmental work processes.
- Provide phone query resolution and support the customer service team.
- Perform stoma customization duties, ensuring quality and accurate record-keeping.
