**Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting GlenPat Homes Limited to recruit Support Workers for their supported living facility, The Albion Centre.**

**The shift patterns vary with both full time and part time hours available and will require day, night and weekend working. Shift times can be discussed at interview stage.**

At GlenPat Homes Limited, we provide specialist support services for individuals with Learning Difficulties, on the Autistic spectrum, Mental Health or people with complex needs. We have unparalleled success in helping families to provide fulfilling livesfor loved ones, as well as a strong track record of successfully supporting challenging individuals with non-verbal communication needs.

Due to recent growth, we are looking for proactive team members, to work with individuals in their day to day lives. The role involves tasks such as personal care, managing finances, social and recreational activities, educational activities, and relationshipbuilding.
