Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex, and Mason Way provides safe and comfortable 24‑hour care for up to 10 people with learning and physical disabilities. About the Support Worker Role As a Support Worker you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. Residents are encouraged to pursue interests and hobbies, arrange holidays and outings, and enjoy time in our garden.
