BBARemanufacturing is a fast moving remanufacturer of electronic automotive parts, with a global presence we are market leaders. We are looking for energetic self starters to grow a new sales team.

This is the perfect challenge for a performance based entrepreneurial individual to enjoy success in a thriving business.

Joining our Rochester team you will be answering inbound calls to both new and repeat customers helping them find the best solution to get their car back on the road as quickly as possible. Some experience of the automotive sector is useful but not essential.

**Who?**

We are looking for people who value good customer service and will go that extra mile to make sure customer satisfaction is achieved. On top of this you will have the drive and ability to sell the right products to the right people.

We are looking for people with some experience in customer service.

**What’s in it for me?**

We offer a competitive salary, with a bonus. You will get 25 days vacation allowance per year. No weekend working - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
- Ability to work with customers to resolve queries.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Ability to accept coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
- Recommend products/services that best suit the customer.
