Job Title: Administration / Office Manager
**Salary**:£20,000 - £25,000 pro (can be paid weekly or monthly)
Location: Watford
Contract:Part-time
Hours: 4 hours per day flexible(3, 4 or 5 days)
(office open 09:00 - 17:30)

Our client is specialist leader in the design and construction industry,creating extra space for today's modern living by adding one or more rooms to properties.
They are a tight knit team and they are looking for a capable allrounder to join them providing administrative/office management support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ordering construction materials from regular, established suppliers
- Obtaining quotes when necessary, from additional suppliers
- Physical and electronic filing
- Typing reports and proposals to send on to prospective and current clients
- Creating orders/invoices & post to jobs
- Updating database
- Create and update spreadsheets
- Answering telephone and dealing with any queries
- Internal administration
- Liaison with team members and keeping them up to date on developments
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good IT skills
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Proofreading and correcting reports where necessary
- Audio Typing
