**We are looking for a conscientious data administrator who takes pride in the accuracy of their work and understands the importance of good quality data**

**About the role**

CRM is at the heart of everything we do at IGD and is widely used across the business. The CRM Data Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and curating our customer data, ensuring that the CRM database is up to date and GDPR compliant.

We are looking for a confident data administrator with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

**The responsibilities**

Reporting to the CRM and Data Manager, your responsibilities include:
**CRM Maintenance**
- Work with CRM and Data Manager to ensure data is regularly audited, updated and expanded, by following the data cleansing plan
- Assist with mass updates and database changes ensuring work is completed accurately and quickly
- Ensure any unsubscribes are actioned on a daily basis
- Become totally proficient in the use of CRM for all areas, to become one of the super users within IGD
- Input responses to polls/surveys adding newsletter requests and areas of interest to CRM

**Database security and technical support**
- Ensure that new contacts and companies are verified on a daily basis
- Assist with Dotcom approvals that come through to CRM ensuring that the relevant data requirements are in place before approving records into the database, this will include managing the free download dashboard

**Sales Lead Generation and Support**
- Using Sales Navigator prepare lists of Key subscription, Membership and Subscription user contacts, to highlight any changes in role or company
- Advise Sales team of any relevant changes (a key contact moving to a company not interacting with IGD) to give them a list of leads for new revenue
- Advise Membership services of potential subscription users who have moved company to ensure they keep any relevant access to help keep usage levels up

**Customer Engagement**
- Working with the marketing team run a series of re-engagement campaigns to subscription users not engaging
- Working with the marketing team run a series of re-engagement campaigns to newsletter subscribers not engaging

**What you bring**
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent IT skills; including Excel and Word
- Capable of adapting priorities under pressure
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
