**Job Summary**
We are looking for door to door fundraisers and team leaders in and around Cambridge. You will be joining an exciting new project within an established organisation. The project is targeting fast growth and expansion, leading to fantastic opportunities for the right individuals.
You will represent Woodgreen Pets Charity, working door to door across the region to encourage people to make a regular donation to the charity.
We offer a supportive and professional working environment. You will be paid £13 - £17 per hour (depending on experience), with the opportunity to earn more through commission payments. OTE is circa £45,000.
Benefits: 28 days holiday (including public holiday), Bonus Scheme, Realistic Targets, Team Social and Networking Opportunities, Progression Pathways, company pension scheme, travel paid in full for onward travel from Cambridge town centre to site, which can be anywhere within 1.5 hours drive of Cambridge.
**Working Hours**:A typical week is 30 hours working between 11:30am - 7:30pm Monday - Friday, with the opportunity to work additional paid hours over the weekend.
It is also possible for you to work as a self-employed contractor, if that is your preference, with the flexibility to set your own working patterns.
To be successful in the role you will need to meet sales targets. These are realistic targets which consider the challenges of face-to-face fundraising while maintaining an achievable and rewarding environment.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
