You will join our current Care Quality Co-ordinator and your role will involve: - building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families - dealing with compliance, quality assurance and risk assessments - supporting and mentoring CAREGivers to deliver care that meets "the Mum test" (that is, it's care that you would want for your own family) - assisting the Care Manager to create, update and audit care plans so they are reflective of care needs - responding and dealing with client and CAREGiver queries - supporting the auditing of daily logs and medication records. You will need to enjoy being in a team, with lots of challenges and priorities to balance. The role will participate in on-call duties on a rota basis. We offer a salary of **£24,000** per annum, 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), pension scheme, healthcare scheme, personal development and support and a great team environment. **Qualifications**: You will need: A passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes. Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and be confident to use technology to support the delivery of care. A willingness to work towards a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care with our support (or if you already have this qualification that's great) Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and be confident to use technology to support the delivery of care.
