JAB Recruitment are currently looking to source a Semi Skilled/Labourer on behalf of one of our Oilfield Services Client located in Aberdeen.

Join our client’s team as a Semi Skilled / Labourer and play a crucial role in driving industrial efficiency and innovation. Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting the sites tradesmen and carrying out general labouring.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out general labouring duties, such as keeping the workshop, yard and stores clean & tidy.
- Carry out the removal / Installation of mechanical components from the customer’s sites
- Assist with disassembly / assembly of mechanical components as required
- Assist with identification of all materials & mechanical components for traceability & ID
- Assist with cleaning / protecting mechanical components as required
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment and make appropriate use of PPE at all times
- Work to the requirements of CDM regulations 2015
- Work to HSE ACOPs, customer rules & specifications, company work instructions and route cards at all times
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable task / activities as requested by Manager or delegate

- Proven ability to quickly adapt and learn in a dynamic engineering environment
- Sharp eye for interpreting complex engineering drawings and BOMs
- Precision-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated problem-solver with a collaborative spirit
- Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours when required

**Qualifications & Experience**
- SVQ level 3 or higher in a relevant trade qualification
- Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience in an engineering setting
- Extensive experience with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with CDM worksites is a plus
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Valid, clean driving license preferred

**Working Hours**: This is a full-time role based on 38 hours per week.

**Relocation Assistance**:This role is not eligible for relocation.

**Remote Type**:There is no remote or hybrid working available for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.51 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
