**About the role**:
We are expanding our Administration Team and are looking for hard working and motivated individuals who are happy to work remotely. You will check in regularly with your Team Leader and work together to complete a number of administration tasks on our client databases, with the aim to ensure both our new and existing customer information is up-to-date and maintained.
This new team of remote workers will receive all the appropriate training needed from the current Team Leader and can rely on immediate assistance at any time. With a great attitude and an eye for detail, you will aim to complete a set number of administration tasks in an hour
**The main responsibilities for this role include**:
- Accurately second check data input across our two database systems and customer records
- Correctly process new client information on to our call handling system and client database
- Being self-motivated and willing to complete database maintenance tasks
- Managing your own workload and reporting to your Team Leader. You will initially be trained on one administration task to support the completion of bottlenecks within the Alarm Response Centre, progressing into other tasks as needed.

- Ability to accurately process and second check data
- High standard of literacy, both written and verbal.
- An eye for detail
- Motivated to work remotely and can manage your own time efficiently.
- A good initiative and ability to solve challenges amicably.
