**The Role**

We’re looking for an Internal Communications & Content Executive whose purpose will be to help bring our values-driven culture to life in a fun and engaging way.

You’ll work with the Head of Internal Communications and Senior Internal Communications Manager to deliver the internal communications and engagement strategy for Bupa Dental Care.

If you are naturally curious, creative, and always looking for exciting new content ideas, then this could be the perfect role for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and share clear, concise, impactful, and creative written content for internal campaigns to be shared across a range of communications channels.
- Produce and edit visual and video-based content that can be used across a range of communications channels.
- Work closely with the market unit communications team at Bupa to deliver high-quality campaigns around key cross-functional initiatives.
- Offer new and creative ideas for communication initiatives, channels, and content that contributes to our strategic objectives and employee engagement.

**Skills/Experience**
- Proven experience of working within an internal communications team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good planning, organisational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering content through written articles, digital content, video creation and editing.
- Someone with a strong visual eye and preferably Canva, Adobe or SharePoint design experience or willingness to learn.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, responsibilities, and requests.
- A proactive, engaged, and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and try new things.

**About You**
- Creatively driven and innovative with an ability to develop new ideas.
- Ability with or proven willingness to learn new digital tools and approach to inclusive communications.
- Resilient and calm, able to manage multiple projects and changing requirements.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive to various locations across the UK.
