Do you have experience leading and supporting projects? I have a role based **in Braintree;** this is a very exciting role joining a market leader in the construction and engineering industries.

This is a permanent position, working **40 hours a week across Monday to Friday.**Reporting to the **Senior Project Manager,** you will be working in a fast-paced office where you will be expected to take your past experience and hit the ground running and be a leader in the office. You'll start straight into a busyenvironment leading and supporting up to 20 live projects
**What will I be doing?**
You will be working in a close team of 4, demonstrating strong leadership skills by taking charge of live projects. You need to have a strong communication and stern skillset where you can have the difficult conversations as-well as maintaining good clientand supplier relationships for on-going projects.
**What do I need?**
- **Previous project management experience.**:
- A strong attitude and stern conversational skills.
- **Past experience in construction or engineering or a similar field.**:
- The ability to hit the ground running straight away.
- Strong leadership qualities to lead others and become a point of contact.
- Experience in monitoring budgets and profit.
- Must live in the UK.
**The Package**: paying a basic salary of up to **£30k.**Company pension scheme, life assurance policy, choices scheme, staff discounts, health cash plan and much more. You will be entitled to 20 days annual holiday + bank holidays.
