OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support an Essex based local authority for at least 6 months.Key DeliverablesLead on the roll out of a Performance Management Policy and FrameworkSupporting the Head of HR in managing HR contracts – this will include attending meetings, preparing reports, benchmarking other providers, creatively working on maximising returnsAd hoc HR projects that come through which would likely be - Employee benefits, Equalities reports, Agency reportsUse MI data to compile regular board level reportsQualifications & ExperienceMust have rolled out a new Performance Management Framework in a project management capacityUK Public sector experience – ideally in governmentStrong background in managing various small HR projectsData analysis and report writing experienceWorking ArrangementsThis is a hybrid role where you will be on site 2-3 days a week in South Essex and the rest of the week is from home. #J-18808-Ljbffr
