**Location**: Flexible but must be in London 2 or 3 days a week.

**Salary**: £120,000 base salary plus benefits.

**Summary**:
This role is with a global business that operates in a growing market and has a national network of operations.You will have full operational and financial responsibility. Must have start up experience. You will need a good grounding in operational managementwithin a multi-site, fast-paced logistics environment ideally parcels. However, as this organisation enjoys a healthy relationship with its workforce, of paramount importance will be your compelling leadership skills gained within a business that has a verystrong bias towards customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiation and onboarding of new clients
- Set and support the team in key business objectives
- Collate data to report on performance trends and forecasting (both financial and performance
- data)
- Collaboratively review, design and implement changes to the operation
- Maintain and develop professional relationships
- Ensure health and safety compliance is met by driving a safety first culture
- Provide strategic guidance and direction
- Understand and promote the B Corp accreditation across the wider business

Key Skills/Experience:

- Must have experience working as a leader of multi channel workforce
- Comfortable being hands on as well as strategic
- Must be a natural leader
- Experience in a Start-up
- Strong business acumen
- Must be very commercially aware
