Join the Birch Community at Birch (Selsdon) as Sales Coordinator
**Our busy Sales Department is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for managing opportunities across all sectors of the business and driving customer loyalty by building and developing customer relationships.**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordination of all customer requirements
- Managing meeting spaces and bedroom blocks for assigned groups
- Participating in customer site inspections
- Focusing on building strong relationships and grow Birch’s reputation
- Selling in line with the event and group strategy
- Effectively upselling products and services
- Anticipating guests’ needs by recommending appropriate services to meet and exceed their needs and expectations
- Communicating with other departments to make sure the smooth running of an event or booking
- Collecting feedback from customers and focusing on continuous improvement
**Skills & Attributes**
- Previous experience as an Events or Sales Coordinator
- Organised and proactive
- Ability to multitask
- High attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen
