We have an urgent requirement for a Salesforce Business Analyst with one of our amazing clients, who are at an exciting phase of expansion.
If you are a self sufficient Business Analyst, who wants to progress in a role where you have absolute autonomy, then this could be just the role for you.
You will work independantly from home, but still be part of an amazing culture within a well established team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES** As the Salesforce Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external customers
- Exploring customer situation with them to develop a fuller understanding of the underlying need
**SKILLS** You should have the following skills:
- Ability to define features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Able to model business processes
- Lead workshops for discovery and requirements gathering
- Able to advocate customer satisfaction as a key value
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS** Experience working in a previous Salesforce BA position is essential.
