**The Opportunity**: This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the automotive industry. No formal qualifications or experience is necessary. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent written skills, good time management, and a willingness to learn. Reporting into the Sales Manager on site, the Digital Merchandiser is solely responsible for our online showroom and getting our vehicles merchandised to a high standard. You will work closely with the Sales Manager on site, as well as with our central Marketing Team to ensure our vehicles are advertised online in a timely manner and meet our set standards. **More about the role**: - Organising your day around the merchandising of our vehicles - Working closely with on-site valeting team to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for merchandising - Photographing vehicles outside with a company iPhone, and also recording a unique video - Light video editing using the VN app - Writing online sales descriptions and "Attention Grabbers" - Adding service history to vehicles - Adding optional extras to vehicles - Participation in social media content, working with our central Marketing team at Head Office **More about you**: - You **must** **hold a full UK driver's license and be confident moving vehicles around the site - No previous experience necessary. Full training will be provided - A great communicator, both written and verbally as this role will involve elements of written work, and also cross-department relationships on site e.g. with our sales team, valetor's and management team - Excellent attention to detail - A willingness to learn **A bit more about the Family**: Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today.
