**Job Summary**
We are a small family run business looking to expand and grow over the next 5 years. We pride ourselves immensely on our excellent customer service, using high end products and quality workmanship. We fit quality not quantity ,so we are looking somebody who get things right first time, has the right core behaviours and has pride in their work. As part of our growth we are looking for a reliable full time Admin Assistant.
**Responsibilities**
- Have a superb telephone manner, picking up the phone to speak to clients at every opportunity.
- Manage appointments for Director and Installers.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Understanding and conveying technical information.
- Arranging the companies logistics for sub contractors and parts.
- Create and update records and databases with client information
- Preparing and sending accurate estimates, quotation, invoices and order confirmations.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
**Requirements**:

- A desire to grow with the company, and take on bigger roles as the company gets bigger.
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant
- Previous experience with adhoc written correspondence.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem solving skills
- Adaptability, reliability and flexibility
- Professional, presentable and polite as you will be in a customer facing position.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
24 hours per week minimum - Must include a Monday and Friday (9am - 5.30pm), additional hours can be flexible.
**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year pro-rata - Based on experience
