Job description

We are looking to appoint a Digital Content Assistant to join our newly formed Digital Content Team, which has a remit to ensure the University web estate has good quality, optimised, accessible content focused on the user experience.

You’ll be supporting our User Experience (UX) Officer with a specific project to improve the end-to-end user experience centered around our Course Finder tool, at courses.hud.ac.uk. You’ll review content performance, and work with content producers across all Academic Schools and Central Marketing and Student Recruitment to optimise and upload new content.

With experience of working in a busy marketing office or digital content role, you will be detail-oriented and have excellent organisational and administrative skills, together with experience of web content editing and optimisation, quality assurance and using content management systems.
