The Learning function sits within Colleague Experience and is responsible for providing the full breadth of learning and development services, curriculum and support to enable individuals to develop and keep their skills up to date, and to enable the business to build the capabilities it needs now and in the future.
The Learning Experience Culture & Campaigns Specialist is a critical role in Learning, inspiring colleagues and putting them in the driving seat by helping them to perform and build skills for the future. The Culture & Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for shaping plans that build a passion for learning, leading on identifying critical levers for culture change and developing initiatives to engage our people and maximise the impact of learning on the business.
**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Leads on developing an overall plan for Unlimited Learning across BT, collaborating with other teams within Learning, Centres of Excellence and CFU’s to drive and align activities;
- Complete an assessment of learning culture in BT understanding colleague expectations and barriers to learning, ensuring an ongoing mechanism for measuring and tracking progress is in place;
- Develop an overall stakeholder, communication and social media engagement plan to increase visibility and learner engagement;
- Create and manage camapgins aligned to business priorities to drive engagement and learning adoption;
- Lead and initiate projects that promote Unlimited Learning in BT, leveraing external insight and thinking and engaging and gaining buy in from stakeholders;
**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- Learning Experience Design: excellent knowledge of developing online learner centered experiences
- Learning Technologies effectively leverage learning technologies to build a learning culture
- Learning Culture: effectively understand how to influence cultural change across an organisation
- Communication Planning & Execution - excellent ability to communicate
- Data Analysis - able to interpret and analyse data for the creation of reporting and insight to drive performance and support continuous improvement
- Team Leadership: manage a matrix team of design resource, ensuring the delvier to standards, coaching for performance
- Stakeholder Management: Building effective and credible relationships with purpose
- Programme management: lead and support large transformational change programmes
