**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our busy Team, working on our Graduate Programme.
- The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will deliver the end stages of the recruitment process for the given business area
- Needs to have handled rejections, contracts, booking in assessments.
- Understand the market, maintaining and growing external networks
- Act as a positive ambassador of our brand with the ability to articulate the business purpose, vision and values
- Continually looking for ways to improve our ways of working and processes
- SME responsible for utilising the market to attract, engage and assess a diverse pipeline
- Act as Resourcing SME for ad hoc projects

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with experience & evidence of:

- Managing the end stages of recruitment cycle activity/delivery
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach
