Job Context

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis as we work to ramp our Sales and Account Manager teams across the globe. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's growing needs. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting to offer negotiation and background checks.

  • Train and upskill our hiring managers to constantly improve and strengthen our recruitment process and ensure we maintain our high hiring standards to recruit the best people

  • Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, etc.).

  • Be a key stakeholder in the implementation of the talent attraction strategy

  • Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximise efficiency of the recruitment process

  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and internal policies.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

  • A solid understanding of all selection methods and techniques

  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

  • Working knowledge of Workday and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

  • Excellent communicator

  • Well-organized

  • A strategic thinker
