**Responsibilities**
- Manage patient appointments and ensure efficient scheduling of treatments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment plans.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to develop tailored treatment plans that meet patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment proposals and financial estimates for patients.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Support the office team in administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow within the practice.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using office software and patient management systems is advantageous.

Pay: £14.50-£16.50 per hour
