**Commercial Business Analyst - 12 month FTC** **Uxbridge, Middlesex** **£50-55,000 + bonus + bens** Based in Uxbridge, Middlesex, our client is an expanding and innovative company looking for Commercial Business Analyst join their business to cover a secondment on a 12 month FTC basis. This company is a leader in their field having seen sustained growth over a number of years developing market leading products across its portfolio. New management and refocused strategy has assisted in pushing the business further forward resulting in alarge scale business transformation project The Commercial Business Analyst will business partner with the Commercial Leads and be responsible for developing and implementing common principles and reports for commercial that inform, communicate, forecast and effectively control sales, costs and expensesand effectively support the budget, forecast and quarterly business review processes. **Duties will include**: - Review monthly sales and work with Market Commercial Controllers to ensure that sales are promptly reported correctly to Financial Reporting Manager - Consolidate Commercial sales and expenses, providing variance analysis - Support the consolidated budget and quarterly forecast exercises for the Commercial function - Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for the review meetings. - Update Monthly sales, expenses, brand P&L and KPI reports - Monthly update of "ad hoc" commercial reports, e.g. cost & sales per representative - Consolidation of Commercial inventory, headcount and FTE - Support the financial accounting teams and commercial controllers, to ensure consistency in the reporting of sales, costs, month end accruals, recharges and other financial information. - Produce monthly headcount, inventory and Capex reports for commercial. - Provide full financial support to the Commercial Directors in the reporting of Commercial sales, costs, inventory, headcount and other financial information. - Commercial Business Case management and follow up - Support the planning processes 5-year plan, budget and quarterly forecasts within the overall Group Finance timetable. - Assist with preparation of presentations for the quarterly forecast and budget review meetings - Understand the management and legal entity reporting requirements and prepare the budgets, forecasts and plans on these basis - Ad hoc Reporting & projects as required - Qualified Accountant with business partnering experience gained in a multinational business - Experienced in providing monthly and ad hoc management information to Senior Executives - Analytically strong with highly developed knowledge and ability to use IT systems to improve processes and convert data into meaningful business information - Well-developed planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines - Attention to detail and able to effectively challenge business managers - Advanced / strong excel and reporting skills - Influencing and negotiating skills - Ability to work independently
