The role requires a need for a detailed -oriented, hardworking individual, working within a warehouse/service environment with excellent maths skills due to the need for balancing records and must have the ability to both work within a team and on their own initiative to help to develop processes and bring new ideas to the business.

The Inventory Clerks responsibilities will include managing all stock items and products including recording new items into static and field-based warehouses and engineers car stocks. Tracking each item as it enters the business through records of what has been sold as customer stock and control engineers parts reporting on stock levels and usage.

Ultimately you will be responsible or the reporting and producing accurate supporting KPI’s of all supplies and products that come in or leave the facility.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To Maintain and update all stock level records.
- Introduce and maintain impress stock levels across all warehouse/engineers car stocks.
- To maintain all system cost and selling prices of all products.
- Report slow or non-moving product lines.
- Deliver monthly KPI reporting as agreed with line manager.
- To maintain regular communication with the team and internal partners.
- Complete warehouse stock checks in line with agreed timeframes.
- Ensure regular engineer stock takes in line with agreed timeframes.
- Be prepared to travel to customer sites to conduct stock checks on PayComplete owned stock.
- Report discrepancies between physical counts and system records and investigate variances.
- Assist with invoicing from stores and helpdesk when needed.
- Cover for sickness and holidays for the Warehouse Manager.
- Reliable - Build trust by delivering a consistent experience no matter who the customer has already dealt with.
- Creative - Use creativity to overcome challenges, solve problems and make improvements.
- To perform any other duties appropriate to the grade and role of the post holder

**Fork Lift Licence preferred but not essential**

**Must have excellent IT skills**

**Power BI would be an advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,403.65 per year
