Learner Engagement Officer
- Remote Working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learner Engagement Officer to work for a company that operates as a college and has received a rating from OFSTED of ‘Good’ with some ‘Outstanding’ features.
The company is awarded winning and has an excellent reputation for looking after their employees and welfare.
This is a remote-based position that will involve some travel in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas for partnership referrals meetings and one to one’s with the Employment services team.
As an experienced Learner Engagement Officer/Recruiter you can expect the following salary and benefits:

- A starting salary of up to £28000
- 25 days+ public holidays
- Remote working, with all any travel expenses reimbursed at 45pence per mile

This training provider delivers a wide range of government training programmes qualifications in Traineeships, Apprenticeships and Employability programmes.
Summary of

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with JCPs, third sector organisations and other referral partners to identify participants who could benefit from our programmes, across a range of regions.
- Consistently achieve individual and team learner start targets and KPIs through high standards of performance in-line with business expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to target potential learners and promote our offer to them.
- Keep clear and detailed records using our management systems.
- Identify individual client motivators to ensure high numbers of enrolments and use motivational, barrier removal and action planning techniques to manage the progression of clients onto programmes and then onto sustainable employment.
Skills and Experience required for the Employer Engagement Officer/Recruiter:

- Previous experience within a related role
- Learner Engagement, Employee Engagement or Recruitment
- Experience in working to targets
- Experience in working with young people and providing information, advice and guidance to learners who are not in education, training or employment (NEET)
- Networking, Lead Generation and building relationships with referral agents
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- A Sales/Recruitment background would be highly regarded
- Good all round Administration Skills
- Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
