Due to our continued success and growth, **Swift Placements** are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and ambitious **Recruitment Specialist **to join their team. Does this sound like you? As Recruitment Specialist, you will report to our Head of Perms and your key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and developing new business relationships
- Consulting clients on the recruitment process and responding to needs
- Negotiation with client base regarding vacancy fees
- Managing the whole recruitment process
- Networking to build business information

To be successful in the role of Recruitment Specialist, you may have previously worked as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Permanent Recruiter or Business Development Manager and you will possess the following qualities:

- Proven track record of working within the Recruitment industry is essential
- Experience of permanent recruitment is required however, we are willing to consider all sectors
- Highly driven, ambitious, and tenacious attitude to work

This position is based in St Helens and is easily commutable from Warrington, Wigan, Liverpool, Leigh, and Widnes. **A driving licence is essential for this position.**

If successful, you will be working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, with an early finish on Fridays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
